From as far back as I can remember, I had always dreamed of becoming an Executive Chef. My mother has told me stories of how preferred Julia Childs to Sesame Street when I was just four. It is this passion for food and cooking which has led me here to Abbey Springs.
It is my goal at Abbey Springs to deliver the finest possible dining experience for the membership and their guests. We are working hard to connect our club with the community through sourcing local goods, intern development and participation in local charity events. I am proud to be part of such a dynamic management team, to be at the helm of a talented and energetic culinary staff and to serve as Executive Chef at Abbey Springs.
